中小户型住宅设计研究

在分析我国现实经济水平和人口状况等国情的前提下，结合调研指出中小户型在当前户型设计中的重要作用，并对其分类和面积建议指标进行了探讨，最后提出了在中小户型的设计中应从功能的完善、面积与空间的有效利用、强化细部设计等几方面来把握。

Study on the Design of the Dwelling with Medium and Small-sized Unit type

Based on the analysis of the national present economy level and the population situation and so on, the article, combining with the survey, points out the Importance of the dwelling with the medium and small-sized unit type in the present design of unite type, and discusses its classification and the proposing area guideline. At last it proposes that some aspects should to be noticed in design, such as function consummation, making effective use of the area and space and strenathening elaborate design.
