摘    要:分析了速度反馈在直线伺服刀架中的作用以及安装速度传感器所带来的问题,提出了不用速度传感器而采用微分加滤波从位移信号中分离出速度信号的方法,并进行了理论推导.最后通过实例进行了验证,得出微分滤波器可以代替速度传感器的结论.实际应用表明,采用该方法既降低了成本,又提高了系统的可靠性.

Abstract:The function of the velocity feedback in noncircular turning system was analyzed and some disadvantages of the speed sensor were discussed.To solve the problem,a differential and filtering circuit instead of a speed sensor was proposed to get the speed signal for velocity feedback,and the reasoning course was also given.Further simulation shows that the velocity feedback circuit with a differential and filtering circuit has the same performance as that with a speed sensor.Applications indicate the speed sensor can be replaced by the differential and filtering circuit with less cost and higher reliability.
