摘    要:针对一种由共轭凸轮机构、空间连杆机构和齿轮机构组合而成的新型剑杆织机引纬机构,通过有效分离,将其中的共轭凸轮作为两个盘形转子单独进行了平衡,其余构件整体上作为空间机构运用线性无关向量法一并进行了平衡,从而实现了整个机构的震动力完全平衡。

Abstract:It deals with the balancing for the complete shaking force of a new weft-insertion mechanism with conjugate cam, linkage and gear in rapier loom. The conjugate cam is balanced separately as two disk-like rotors, the other links of the mechanism are balanced by using the linearly independent vector method. Finally the complete shaking force balancing of the whole mechanism is accomplished, the achievements are useful for dynamic design and application of this mechanism.
