| 摘 要： | 本文提出从发展农药高新技术产业入手，加强食品安全工程的措施：一方面强化农药残留的快速检测技术，另一方面大力发展高效低毒的生物农药取代高度化学农药。并以华南农业大学为代表，总结了我省在这些领域的主要研究进展及成果。

| Abstract: | The way of promoting the international competitiveness of agricultural products was suggested: strengthening the rapid detective technique of pesticide residue, in the mean time developing the high-effective and low-poisonous biological pesticides instead of the high-poisonous chemical pesticides. The main advance and production in the fields were introduced by taking the South China Agricultural University as an example. |
