| 摘 要： | 圆盘剪是连续式酸洗生产线中的重要设备,剪切质量的好坏直接影响到后续轧制工艺。本文对圆盘剪的主要结构和影响圆盘剪性能的两个主要因素——自动快速换边和精确剪缝控制做了详细分析,并根据实际使用情况给出了一套剪缝最优经验值。

| Abstract: | Rotary shears is the important equipment in continuous picking line. The cutting quality affects the subsequent roll- ing process directly. The main equipment components and two important factors which affect shear＇s capability are analyzed in detail that is auto speed - change - side and exact shear - gap - control. A suit of shear - gap optimized experience value is given based on actual fact. |
