油田污水的应用性能研究

摘    要:随着人们环保意识的逐渐加强,油田污水的合理利用越来越受到人们的高度重视。根据油田污水的水质情况,进行了油田污水的pH对压裂液性能的影响试验、油田污水与压裂液添加剂的配伍性试验、用油田污水所配制压裂液性能的评价试验。试验结果表明:用油田污水配制压裂液时,油田污水的pH为7~8,增粘剂小于0.5%,增粘剂混合时间不小于30h;用油田污水配置水基压裂液的最佳使用时间在配制后8h以内,油田污水与压裂液添加剂配伍性较好,可以满足水基压裂用水的要求。

Abstract:With people environmental protection consciousness's gradual enhancement, the oil field sewage's reasonable use receives the people to take seriously more and more. According to oil field sewage's quality, carried out the study of the oil field sewage' pH on the influence of water-based fracturing fluid performance. Oil field sewage and fracturing fluid additive compatibility testing, performance evaluation test of fracturing fluid which was prepared of oil field sewage. The results showed that: when preparing water-based fracturing fluids with the oil sewage, oil field sewage's pH of 7 to 8, additive not less than 0.5 %, mixed time not less than 30 min; best use of time of the water-based fracturing fluid was within 8 h after preparation. Oil field sewage mixes well with fracturing fluid additive, which can meet the requirements of water for water-based fracturing fluid.
