稀土在紫铜缓蚀剂中的应用研究

摘    要:研究了稀土La、Ce、Y与紫铜缓蚀剂苯并三氮唑的协同作用。研究结果表明,微量稀土La、Ce、Y与苯并三氮唑互配后均可提高紫铜的耐腐蚀性能,其中稀土La作用效果最为显著,但加入不宜过量。初步分析并探讨了稀土与苯并三氮唑协同作用机理。

Abstract:The effects of the rare earch elements of La,Ce,Y and red-copper passivator of benzotriazole(BTA) were studied.The results show that La,Ce and Y have obvious effects in their small content when added with BTA and that among them,the rare earth La has the best effect,but its addition amount could not be too much.The action mechanism of the rare earth elements and BTA was analysed and discussed.
