基于dsPIC的差压泄漏检测仪的研究

摘    要:密封件的气密性能是影响产品质量的重要因素之一。介绍一种以dsPIC30F6012数字信号处理器为核心的差压泄漏检测仪,论述了其工作原理、系统硬件电路结构及软件设计。设计了键盘输入,LED显示,打印输出和通讯等模块,结合FFT滤波及温度补偿技术,实现了高精度的气密性自动化检测。

Research of Differential Pressure Leak Detector Based on dsPIC
Abstract:Air tight property for air proof containers is one of important factors which impact products. In this paper, differential pressure leak detector based on dsPICPIC30F6012 digital signal processor is introduced. The working principle, the air pipe loop construction, the system hardware circuit and software design are discussed. Here, keyboard input, LED display, print output and communication are designed, at the same time, FFT wave filter and temperature compensation are considered, high precision air-leakage detecting automation is realized.
