| 摘 要： | 以瓦楞辊的运动学性能参数为目标函数，以齿顶、齿根圆弧半径（ｒ１，ｒ２）及齿顶、齿根圆弧的圆心所在圆的半径（Ｒ１，Ｒ２）等参数为设计变量，以ＭＡＴＬＡＢ语言工具籍为工具，得出在满足原纸最大张力、进纸速度、折楞率、齿形角、楞高等约束条件下的最优齿形参数。

| Abstract: | The article takes the kinematics characteristics of the corrugating rollor as the object function, and takes the teeth variables (r1,r2,R1,R2) as the design variables to make an optimization design by MATLAB toolbox. Those constrains include the maximum force, feeding speed, folding ratio, teeth number, teeth angle, teeth height and so on. The result presents a method to a further tooth profile optimization. |
