二齿差摆杆活齿传动的齿形分析与仿真

摘    要:根据二齿差摆杆活齿传动的结构组成和传动原理,运用啮合原理推导了中心轮的理论齿形和实际齿形方程,并应用MTALAB对中心轮齿廓曲线进行了仿真;研究了传动比、活齿半径、摆杆长度及激波凸轮椭圆曲线等结构参数对中心轮齿形的影响;给出中心轮理论齿廓曲线的曲率及曲率半径计算公式并对其变化规律进行了分析;应用Pro/E软件建立中心轮的实体模型,对齿廓的曲率分布特性进行仿真分析。研究结果对该传动结构的几何设计等具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:According to the transmission structure and principle of two-tooth difference swing-rod movable teeth transmission, the theoretical and actual profile equation of central wheel was derived according to the engagement theory of two-tooth difference swing-rod movable teeth transmission and the tooth profile is simulated using MATLAB software.The effects of parameters,such as the transmission ratio,radius of movable tooth, length of swing-rod and the cam profile,on the tooth profile of the centeral wheel is analyzed. Formulas for calculating curvature and curvature radius of the central wheel are deduced and its variation curve was plotted respectively. The solid model of centeral wheel is established in Pro/E software and the curvature distribution characteristics is simulated using the Pro/E software.The research result can be used as the references for geometrical design of this type of geometric design and accuracy analysis.
