| 摘 要： | 面对金融危机的蔓延，国际市场需求继续萎缩，贸易保护主义有所抬头。在严峻的经济环境下，我国纺织服装企业更需要积极行动起来，提高产品技术含量和档次，加强生态环保意识，应对技术性贸易壁垒的挑战。纺织印染助剂，作为纺织品加工中不可或缺的添加剂，直接关系到纺织品生态指标。随着欧盟REACH法规已正式实施、禁用与限用的新化学物质标准与法令的不断出台，纺织印染助剂企业和印染加工企业感受到阵阵寒意。但对健康发展之路的认识可能更加清醒。
