新风换气机在严寒地区运行的实验研究

摘    要:新风换气机在严寒地区的结霜问题影响了使用,针对该问题对实际安装运行的系统进行了实验研究,测试了系统各进、出口的温、湿度的变化,并观察了叶轮的结霜情况,同时对系统加设旁通管,采用循环空气和加热循环空气的两种方式进行了除霜.实验结果表明:新风换气机在严寒地区使用时,叶轮结霜仅出现在室外空气温度较低或长时间连续使用时,采用旁通方式除霜的效果良好,并且操作方便、可行.研究认为:新风换气机采取适当的除霜措施后,完全可以在严寒地区正常运行.

Abstract:Frosting becomes a trouble for applying fresh air ventilator in severe cold area. Aimed at practice system carried on the experiments of fresh air ventilator. Measured the temperature and humidity of every inlet and outlet of the ventilator. Observed the frost formation on the impeller. Two methods with circulating air and heating circulating air by-pass pipe were used to defrost. The results show frost is forming only when outdoor temperature is too low or the ventilator operating time is too long,and by-pass pipe defrosting is effective. It can normally operate to apply fresh air ventilator with a proper defrosting method in severe cold area.
