| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the characteris-tics and limits of the traditional civil engineering plan, such as professional plan and civil engineering plan within the different tiers of urban plan. It discusses the backgrounds, significance, particularity of the civil engineering plan and its relationship with other engi-neering plans. Then it makes suggestions on the for-mulation of the civil engineering plan. |
