水泥厂余热制冷空调的应用技术

摘    要:利用水泥窑余热实现中央空调有多种操作方案,经过各方面的比较,认为利用余热的蒸汽型吸收式制冷机比较合适。常见的余热制冷中央空调系统由制冷机、循环泵、补水泵、分水器、集水器以及末端装置等组成。它能耗低,同电制冷空调相比,运行节电63.5%;技术成熟,安装完毕即可一次投入运行,操作简单、运行稳定且故障率低;还比较环保。

Abstract:There are several operation schemes to realize central air conditioning by waste heat from cement kiln, by extensive comparison, the steam absorption refrigerator by utilize waste heat was supposed to be more suitalbe. General central air condition system is composed of refrigerator, circulating pump, water supply pump, water divider, catchment device and end equipment. Its energy consumption is low, it saves 63.5% energy compared with electrical refrigeration, and the technology is mature that it could be put into service as soon as finishing installation and the operation is simple, the run condition is stable with low malfunction rate, moreover, it is environmental friendly.
