摘 要: | 针对《新编大学化学实验》(下册)中纤维素纳米晶的制备与表征实验的实验方法和测试条件不够完整的不足,通过对比实验得出制备纤维素纳米晶的最优条件为:反应温度为50℃,反应时间为2 h,硫酸浓度为60%。XRD测试表征纤维素纳米晶的结构属于Ⅰ型,结晶度为75.49%。马尔文粒径测试得到其Zeta粒径主要分布在50~100 nm范围内。实验结果的准确性高。

Abstract: | In our book edition New College of Chemistry Experiments (part II) , the chapter of preparation and characterization of cellulose nanocrystals (CNC) was contributed, which was good for college students to improve their experimental skills and related knowledge. However, more detailed and meaningful information should be provided. The optimization conditions of the hydrolysis of microcrystalline cellulose were 60% sulfuric acid at 50 ℃ for 2 h. XRD results indicated that the crystal structure of CNCs was cellulose I and the degree of crystallinity was 75.49%. Zeta sizes of the CNCs were mainly distributed in the range of 50 -100 nm. |
