高温热管翅在功率变化时的起动与运行性能

摘    要:对高温热管翅在不同功率下起动与运行性能进行实验研究,给出各种功率下高温热管翅的壁面温度分布及相应的温差分布。结果表明该高温热管翅在不同功率下连续工作稳定,无异常现象,没有遇到声速传热极限、携带极限、毛细极限的制约。即使功率的瞬态变化使高温热管翅的壁面温度分布有波动,但对温差的平均值影响很小,高温热管翅的传热性能趋于稳定。

Abstract:The experimental behavior of a high-temperature heat pipe fin was described during startup and running with the different power. The surface temperature distribution was given. The experimental result shows high-temperature heat pipe fin has the better characteristic and is not restricted by sonic limit, entrainment limit and capillary limit during the operation process. The variation of instantaneous input power affect the surface temperature but has little influence on temperature difference.
