炭黑对锌空气电池空气扩散电极电性能的影响

摘    要:为了研究炭黑对锌空气电池空气扩散电极电性能的影响,选用不同种类的炭黑作为锌空气电池空气扩散电极的导电剂,采用辊压法制备出空气扩散电极,测试了空气扩散电极的含液率、极化曲线、使用寿命和所得AA型锌空气电池样品的放电容量,还利用扫描电镜(SEM)对空气扩散电极催化层的表观形貌进行了观察。研究结果表明,Shawinigan Black AB 50炭黑的疏水性最好,所得空气扩散电极的含液率最低、电性能最好、使用寿命最长,所制AA型锌空气电池样品的放电容量可达4.6 Ah。

Abstract:In order to investigate the effect of different carbon blacks on the electrical performance of the air diffusion electrode, different kinds of carbon black which served as the conductivity agent of air diffusion electrode of zinc-air battery were chosen, and the rolling method was used to manufacture the air diffusion electrode. Testing of wet rate, polarization curve, operating life of the air diffusion electrode and discharging capacity of AA size zinc-air battery specimen which contained this air diffusion electrode were carried out, scanning electron microscopy(SEM) was used to observe the apparent pattern of the catalyzed layer of the air diffusion electrode. Results show that the hydrophobicity of Shawinigan Black AB 50 carbon black is the best; the air diffusion electrode have the lowest wet rate, the best electrical performance and the longest operating life; the discharging capacity of the zinc-air battery specimen can reach 4.6 Ah.
