摘    要:高效率的药品灌装设备对灌装速度以及灌装精度有很高的要求。针对一种需要在线称量的液态药品灌装机,对其进瓶机构的控制系统进行了研究与设计。利用三菱Q系列PLC实现进瓶机构的运动控制,满足了该灌装机的灌装要求。

Abstract:Drug filling equipments with high efficiency have high requirements of filling speed and accuracy.Aimed at a kind of liquid medicine filling machine with online weighing mechanism,the control system of the bottle filling mechanism was studied and designed.MITSUBISHI Q Series PLC was used to achieve the motion control of the bottle filling mechanism and met the requirements of this filling machine.
