纺纱胶辊、胶圈牵伸原理与应用技术

摘    要:举例说明纺纱应用技术中存在的问题,强调胶辊、胶圈的纺纱性能应遵循牵伸原理,其应用技术应符合棉纺工程技术的发展方向。通过对纺纱工艺配置现状以及胶辊、胶圈发展的问题进行分析,提出纺纱握持力与牵伸力同步发展,胶辊、胶圈应用技术与棉纺工程技术同步发展,胶辊与胶圈同步发展的理念。指出胶辊应向高弹性、低硬度、重加压、高耐磨、表面不处理、铝衬管方向发展,胶圈应向高耐磨、高润滑、高抗屈挠、高弹性、低硬度、低表面粗糙度方向发展,并具有长久的稳定性。

Abstract:Sampling the common problems in spinning process,spinnning performance of the cot and apron should be in conformity with the draft philosophy and develops in direction of cotton spinning technique.Through analysis of the current process layout of spinning section as well as the problems involved with the cot and apron,conclusion is made that three synchronizations are needed,namely,synchronization of spinning holding force with draft force,synchronization of cot and apron application with cotton engineering,lastly,synchronization of cot with apron.The cot should be developed in way of high elasticity,low hardness,heavy weight,high anti-abrasion as well as aliuminium lining and nontreatment.Apron should be developed in way of high anti-abrasion,high lubrication,high anti-flex,high elasticity,low hardness and low coarseness.Both should be of long term stability.
