摘    要:电化学检测器具有灵敏度高、线性范围宽、设备简单、成本低的优点,为此我们研制了一台具有皮安级电流响应的电化学工作站,并自组装了一套毛细管电泳安培检测系统。本文就其构造、工作原理、接口制作、及应用进行了阐述。

Abstract:Electrochemical detector has the advantages of high sensitivity, broad linear range, simple instrumentation and low cost, A set of electrochemical work station with picoamper current response and an amperometric detection system for capillary electrophoresis were assembled in our lab. Their construction, working principles, connecting technology and application were described in this paper.
