摘    要:针对某亚临界锅炉汽包紧急放水管的爆管事故,在详细调查和分析的基础上,推断了爆破的整个过程,解释了同一管段2个爆口的特殊现象,并分析了引起爆破事故的原因。认为这是一起由于管内壁受流体冲刷磨损腐蚀严重,导致管壁大幅度减薄,无法承受管内流体压力而引发的爆破事故。同时认为,在爆破管段管壁厚度设计上存在着腐蚀磨损裕度取值偏小的问题。

Abstract:Based on field data, the drum urgent offlet explosion of a subcritical pressure boiler is investigated in detail. The cause, developing of the explosion and the strange phenomenon of two broken holes on the same tube are interpreted. It is pointed out that the cause leading to the explosion is the thin wall of the tube. The wall of the tube becomes thinner and thinner subject to its inner fluid erosion. Until the time the explosion occurred, it is thick enough to endure the inner fluid pressure.Also pointed out is that the designing safety factor of the erosion and corrosion of the tube thickness seemed to be too small.
