| Abstract: | According to introduced the importance of the building energy-saving and the construction in building energy-saving, the paper, bases on some problems in the building energy-saving, points out the quality of the building energy-saving and quality should be guaranteed by the construction quality supervision departments, so the building energy-saving standards can be surely implemented. |
