| 摘 要： | 从充分利用雨水资源的角度，提出雨水先在小区集蓄利用，采取多种措施加强雨水入渗，然后对雨水径流加以汇集利用，对超出利用能力的雨水再采用渗透式管沟排出。这样不但可减少雨水流出。缓解城市防洪压力，而且利于城市生态。 |

| Abstract: | Paper emphasizes that rainfall is resources.At the point of view which making the best of rainwater resources,it points out in the first,establishing storage installation to collect rainwater,making rainwater infiltrate on the spot,second,collecting and storing running rainwater,finally,when the rainwater is too more,we can't use it completely,then discharging the redundant through permeable pipeline.thus,it may not only reduce the amount of dischangeing rainwater,mitigate the stress of flood,but also be go... |
