蓄电池企业的电网谐波治理方案研究

摘    要:蓄电池企业电池化成设备的大量应用,产生的高次电流谐波严重污染了供电电网,使供电变压器严重发热,电容器及电力电缆等设备的运行损耗增加。针对电流谐波给电网带来的危害,结合某蓄电池企业的实际工况,采用多路单调谐滤波器对供电电网的电流谐波实施综合治理,既消除了谐波对电网的污染,又提高了功率因数。介绍了多路单调谐滤波治理的基本原理、综合治理措施及结果。

Abstract:Because of the wide application of battery chemical facilities in battery plants,the induced highorder harmonic currents have seriously polluted electricity network.So the power transformers suffer some problems,such as severe overheating,increasing operation loss in capacitors,power cables and other equipment.
