压力容器大开孔补强方法

摘    要:大开孔压力容器在开孔接管部位有很大的应力集中,必须进行补强。本文介绍了几种压力容器大开孔补强方法:压力面积法、极限载荷法、有限单元法,并分析了原理和特点。

Abstract:There will be great stress concentration appearing nearby the junction of nozzle and shell of pressure vessels with big openings,so reinforcement is absolutely necessary.This paper introduced several reinforcement methods for pressure vessels with big openings:pressure area method;limit load method;finite element method,also analyzed their own principium and character.
