含锌粉尘脱锌处理的实验室研究

摘    要:充分利用高炉含锌瓦斯泥中充足的碳源,将铁和锌还原出来,得到脱锌金属化球团矿,实现资源的回收利用和环境保护.通过研究不同粘结剂、碱度、还原温度和还原时间对熟球抗压强度、脱锌率的影响,找出最佳试验方案为A1B3C3D3,得到脱锌率和抗压强度较高的金属化球团.

Abstract:In order to reuse the resource and protect the environment, the Fe and Zn was reduced by the plenty carbon contained in Blast Furnace dust and the metallic pellets containing zinc was gained. By considering the effect of different binders, basicity, reduction temperature and time on the compression strength and dezinc degree after reducing, find out the best scheme A1B3C3D3 and get the metallic pellets with higher compression strength and dezinc degree.
