| Abstract: | Facing the new situation of abolishing rural farmer labor contribution and increasing investment, the paper discusses how to raise funds effectively and balance ecological and economic benefits on the basis of cost-benefit analysis of water and soil conservation investment in the last more than 20 years in Xingguo County of Jiangxi Province. It aims at combining small watershed management with rural economic and social development, under the condition of preventing soil erosion. |
