中梁钢的轧制生产实践

摘    要:依据中梁钢断面特点,将其划分为腰部、头部、胸椎部及腿部,通过合理的孔型设计,选择斜配孔型系统,轧制9道次,第1~第3孔为切深孔,第4~第9孔为成形孔,实现了用轧制法生产王字钢。切深孔的设计特点是各切深楔子较钝,所切出的头、腿部分厚度小;成形孔设计特点是成形道次少,头、腿、腰各部分延伸系数差值大;胸锥成形设计特点是胸锥单体不按延伸系数设计及局部整合变形系数设计分配法。

Abstract:According as the characteristics, the cross-section of middle-beam steel was divided into haunch, head, thoracic part and leg. Through reasonable pass design and selecting oblique pass system, complex shape was produced by rolling 9 passes. The first 1 to 3 passes were knifing pass and the No. 4 - No. 9 passes were shaping pass. The design characteristics of knifing pass: blunt cutting-in wedge and small thicknesses of the cut head and leg; The design characteristics of shaping pass: few shaping passes, large difference of elongation coefficients of the head, thoracic part and leg; And the characteristics of the thoracic shaping pass: the thoracic cone monomer did design depending on the elongation coefficient and adopting elongation coefficient distribution method of part integration.
