| 摘 要： | 建立和实施建筑施工企业的三合一管理体系,重点在于调查分析企业现有的管理状况和行业特点、寻找适合自己企业的管理模式、优化整合组织机构和职责权限,以GB/T19001-2000为主线整合GB/T24001-2004、GB/T28001-2001,使企业在质量、环境管理、职业健康安全上全过程受控,预防质量安全环境事故的发生。
