送粉管道设计中存在的问题及处理

摘    要:阐述了煤质的粘结性、磨损性和爆炸性的判别条件,根据有关设计标准对送粉管道设计中设计流速、设计温度和设计压力进行了确定,强调送粉管道保温和油漆对送粉管道的保护作用,并确定其使用范围,从而有效地防止送粉管道运行时故障的发生,保证锅炉制粉系统安全经济运行。

Abstract:The criteria for determination of viscosity,abrasion and explosiveness of coal are discussed in detail,and flowrate,temperature and pressure are determined as specified in the applicable design standards for design of powder conveyance pipelines.The protective effect of heat insulation and painting on powder conveyance pipelines is stressed and their scope of application is determined,so that possible failures of powder conveyance pipelines can be prevented to ensure the safe and economic operation of the boiler powder making system.
