| 摘 要： | 独栋式住宅是现代日本中小城市重要的住宅建筑类型。它无论在规划布局、庭院环境、空间格局、建筑形式,还是结构形式和构造方面,都具有鲜明的日本特色。本文从这五方面出发,论述了现代日本中小城市独栋式住宅的设计理念。

| Abstract: | In modern Japan,the type of single house is an important kind of houses in middle and small-scale cities.No matter in design of planning,circumstance of courtyard,structure of space,form,or in desing of structure and conformation,it has distinct Japanese characteristics.The paper discusses the design concepat of single house in modern Japanese middle and small-scale cities on these five aspects. |
