| Abstract: | Through comparing the pattern of Chinese with foreign countries project management,using the experience of other countries for our reference and the incorporation of our country's situation and the extant problems in our project management function,this article studies how to consummate the project management contractor model from the point of view in government institution and also gives the proper advices which are useful to provide reference for the reorganization in construction area. |
