工业遗产地区整体保护的规划策略探讨——以上海市杨树浦地区为例

通过分析杨树浦地区工业发展历程和地区环境特征,在对地区范围内的工业遗产进行调查研究的基础上,从历史文化、科学技术、艺术审美和开发利用等方面对工业遗产建筑进行了价值评估,针对工业遗产建筑的不同类型和法定身份提出了分级分类保护的措施;针对城市重要的工业遗产滨水地区,从规划设计创新、低碳生态利用、宜人社区塑造和整体风貌维护等角度,深入探讨工业遗产地区整体保护和全面复兴的规划策略.

Study on Overall Conservation Planning for Industrial Heritage Area: Case Study of Yangshupu Area in Shanghai

Through all-round survey of industrial heritage within the regional scope, and analysis of the industrial development history of Yangshupu district and the identities of regional space, this paper gives evaluation of industrial heritage buildings in aspects of historic culture, science tech, artistic aesthetics and use in development. It proposes classified and gradated conservation measures by different class and legal capacity of industrial heritage. Aiming at important urban industrial heritage in waterfront area, it deeply explores the strategy of planning for integral conservation and overall rejuvenation from angle of innovative planning, low carbon eco-use, integral preservation of local flavor, and creating amenity for community, etc.
