直驱转台伺服系统的优化神经网络滑模位置控制研究

摘    要:针对直驱转台伺服系统存在参数变化、高度非线性、机械谐振等不确定性因素,提出一种优化神经网络滑模位置控制方法。利用两个神经网络控制器分别实现转台系统滑模控制中的等效滑模控制和滑模切换控制,并采用遗传算法优化神经网络的权值。仿真结果表明:采用该控制方法,直驱转台伺服系统的位置跟踪精度高,系统的鲁棒性强。

Abstract:Considering the parameters time-variation,high nonlinear and mechanical resonance of direct-drive rotary table,a neuro-sliding mode position control was proposed.Two neural network controllers were used to respectively achieve equivalent sliding mode control and sliding mode switching control in the rotary table control system.Genetic algorithm was used to optimize the weights of the two neural network controllers.Simulation results demonstrate that using the control method,the position tracking precision of direct-drive rotary table servo system is high and the system robustness is strong.
