松筒纱产品经常存在染色色差和织造性能差的缺点。以83dtex/38f松筒纱为例,通过对加工工艺及成型工艺的探索,结果表明:使用合适的补偿压力、正确消除设备缺陷、调整成型参数及使用合格的筒管,能将松筒纱产品密度差异控制在0.04g/cm3以内,染色及使用性能满足需求。

Discussion on Parameters of 83 dtex/38 f Soft Package Yarn

The colour difference in dyeing and poor performance in weaving are the problems for soft pack-age yarn.Some key points of making soft package yarn were discussed in this paper.With suitable winding pressure,right bobbin formation parameters and quality bobbin tube,the 83 dtex/38 f soft package yarn with satisfying dyeing and unwinding performance were successfully made.
