高密度环氧泡沫塑料的制备工艺及性能研究

摘    要:制备了只加入空心玻璃微珠及含有发泡剂与空心玻璃微球的2种环氧泡沫塑料。通过DSC分析研究了2种泡沫塑料的固化工艺,玻璃微珠加入量对体系的物理力学性能影响。结果表明,2种体系较佳的固化工艺分别为70℃/3 h和60℃/1 h+100℃/2 h。随着玻璃微珠添加量的增加,填充型泡沫塑料的密度和力学性能下降。发泡剂和空心玻璃微珠共用可制备高密度(0.6~0.7 g/cm3)环氧泡沫塑料。

Abstract:Two epoxy foam with hollow glass beads only and combined use of glass beads and foaming agent were prepared.The curing processes of the two systems were investigated by DSC.The effect of the glass beads contens on the mechanical properties were also studied.The results showed that the two optimal curing processes were 70 ℃/3 h and 60 ℃/1 h+100 ℃/2 h respectively.The density and mechanical properties were decreased with the contens of glass beads increasing.The high-density(0.6-0.7 g/cm3)epoxy foam could be prepared by using glass beads and foaming agent.
