基于CPLD的8位400MSPS高速信号采集卡设计

摘    要:高频检测信号的采集复原情况直接决定了检测探伤所能达到的精度。介绍了一种基于CPLD的8位400MSPS采样频率的高速信号采集卡设计。其差动输入模块可有效提高共模抑制比,增强采集环境适应能力。模拟带宽70MHz,采用双通道异相A/D转换,单通道A/D转换率200MSPS,四路100MSPS异步传输存储,可实现40MHz以内高频信号的高精度采集还原,从而实现高精度的检测探伤。

Abstract:Detecting precision is depended on the 8Bits-400MSPS high-speed data acquisition card based reversion precision of sampling signals. A system design of on CPLD was presented. The module of differential amplifier is an effective noise suppressor, which can accommodate the card to a noisy environment. Analog bandwidth is 70 MHz and the sample rate of A/D conversion is 200MSPS which is used in two asynchronous channels. Four parts transmit data asynchronously with 100 MHz frequency. The data acquisition card can realize the sampling and reverting for 40 MHz high-frequency signal. So detecting precision is improved.
