| Abstract: | Taking active lime rotary kiln production line as an example,this paper elaborated the hardware,the control function and the redundancy of domestic DCS,and analyzed the superiority of DCS compared with PLC system. It is practically proved that the successful application of DCS can bring the economic benefits to the enterprise. |
