预应力砼桥梁早期病害成因分析及预防措施

摘    要:归纳总结预应力砼桥梁产生早期病害的种类和原因,并以某一试验梁为工程背景,通过建立空间有限元实体模型,分析预应力砼桥梁在腹板处容易出现沿预应力孔道纵向裂缝的原因,并从设计和施工两个角度提出避免早期裂缝的措施。研究结果有助于解决预应力砼桥梁在实际工程中经常出现的早期病害问题。

Abstract:The types and reasons of early crack of pre-stress concrete bridge are presented. Based on one test beam, a FEM model is set up, and then the reason of the longitudinal cracks of pre-stressed duct is analyzed. Then the prevention method based on both design and construction is given. The results of the study can provide the reference for solving the early cracks in the practical bridge construction.
