夏热冬冷地区围护结构建筑节能技术

摘    要:夏热冬冷地区冬夏期间耗能都比较多,为降低能耗可采取以下方法:在可能的情况下,尽量避免建造东西向建筑,减少东西向外窗面积;不同朝向窗墙面积比不应超过0.25(北向)、0.30(东西向)、0.35(南向);建筑物体形系数宜控制在0.30或0.30以下;同时还应合理选用围护结构(包括墙体、屋顶、窗等)。

Abstract:In the hot summer and cold winter districts,the building's heat consumption has been comparatively enormous and costly.In order to reduce building's energy consumption,the following methods have been adopted namely:1,under certain conditions,it would avoid as much as possible of eastern-western facing buildings 2,reducing as much as possible of eastern-western facing windows' s areas 3,the diffierent various window facing area' s ratio should not be over 0.25(facing north),0.30(facing east-west),0.35(facing south)and 4,the building's volume coefficient should be controlled within 0.30 or under 0.30.Simultaneously an appropriate adoption of quality protective structure (including building's body,roof ,window etc.)should be well carried out.
