地震灾区灾后重建工程建设中的节能减排

摘    要:地震灾区灾后重建工作是一个系统和密集的施工工程,施工机械多,能耗大、建材耗量大、周期相对长并有明显的建筑垃圾再生建材利用特征。讨论了灾区重建中开展工程建设节能减排的重要性和途径,建立了相关的全能耗计算和污染物减排计算方法,并据此建立了节能减排的评估模型。该模型的建立是评估工程建设施工技术节能减排的前提。根据此模型,利用建筑垃圾再生建材、优化施工机械、合理安排物流,都可减少施工能耗、提升重建过程的节能减排水平

Abstract:Earthquake area re-construction is a systematic and dense construction process, which is characterized with multi-material flows, that is, diversiform construction machinery working in turn or simultaneously and relative long time lasting, therefore resulting in high energy consumption and significant emssions. In this paper concept of energy saving and emissions mitigation during the re-construction process is proposed. The corresponding calculation methods for terminated energy consumption and emission were introduced and model for evaluating energy saving and emission mitigation effects has been set up, which is most important for evaluating whether the construction technology is energy-saving or not. According to the model, re-use construction wastes as new construction materials, adoption of optimized technologies and optimizing arrangement for different material flows are effective measures for energy saving and emission mitigation.
