| 摘 要： | 采用辉光放电裂解然法和碳弧法，为串列为加速器制备了长寿命碳剥离膜，研究了裂解室的阳极尺寸和阳，阴极之间的距离对裂解碳膜均匀性的影响，用分光光度法测量了碳剥离膜的厚度。

| Abstract: | A carbon arc set up and a modified glow discharge apparatus for the preparation of carbon stripper foils are described.The effects of anode size and distance between the two electrodes in the cracking chamber on the uniformity of the carbon foils are determined.The method to measure the thicknesses of the carbon foils and the technique to slacken stripper foils are mentioned. |
