摘    要:陶瓷加工表面完整性是衡量加工质量的重要指标,从以下几方面对陶瓷加工表面完整性的研究状况进行评述;残余应力的测试技术,磨削残余应力对零件性能的影响、磨削表面变质层、磨削表面性态以及陶瓷延性磨削和磨削表面粗糙度等,为陶瓷精密加工技术的深入研究提供基础。

Abstract:The ceramic surface integrity after processing is important content of inspecting the quality. The paper describes the research work at home and abroad forthe some problems including the measuring technique ofresidual stresses. the effects of residual stresses on theproperties of parts, grinding surface degenerating layer,grinding Surface properties and ceramic ductile grindingand surface roughness and so on. The objective is supplying the base for deeply reseat hing of ceramic precise processing.
