| 摘 要： | 回顾了中国房地产业改革开放三十年发展的五个阶段,重点分析了政府针对房地产业发展而推出的相关政策演变过程,并引用翔实的数据展示了中国房地产业发展带来的相关经济绩效,最后根据中国房地产业发展过程中存在的问题提出了几点政策建议.

| Abstract: | This article reviews five stages of Chinese real estate industry in the past thirty years of reform and opening-up.The author puts more emphasis on the evolution of government policy about regulation of real estate industry and cites ample statistical facts to present the wonderful economic success that real estate industry obtained.The article also gives some policy suggestions in order to further promote Chinese real estate industry. |
