| 摘 要： | 电力改革改变了市场竞争格局，最终也会影响电力企业信息化建设．电力企业普遍缺乏IT系统的整体应用观念，急需建立一套完整的编码体系，以满足对电力信息编码标准进行修编和补充的迫切需要，在电力系统实现信息系统的互联互通．电力企业的IT应用必须有高水平的人才支持，定位模糊的信息中心很难承担起SAP等管理应用的建设．

| Abstract: | The reformation in electric power field has changed the competition situation of electric power market.And finally it will also affect the construction of IT system in electric enterprises.At present, most electric enterprises are in lack of the overall notion of the application of the IT system.In order to meet the urgent needs of revising and supplementing the Electric Power Information Code Standard, it is necessary to establish an integrated code system to realize the connection of IT system in electric enterprises.The application of IT system in electric enterprises must be supported by a lot of high level talents.The information center without definite functions cannot assume the construction of management systems such as SAP. |
