热收缩型爬距增长器的研制

摘    要:本文从热收缩型爬距增长器的设计原理出发,分析讨论了材料性能要求,配方研制和辐照工艺要咪,并将所研制产品的主要性能指标与同类产品的典型指标进行了比较,试验表明,安装热收缩型爬距增长器,可使立柱绝缘子的爬电距离增加16-32%,污闪电压提高15-33%,同时还具有明显的阻弧,防污作用。

Abstract:This paper studies the formula and process of heatshrinkable creepage extenders on the principle of heatshrinkable high polymer.A comparision of main properties between a similarly typical product and ours was made.The test result shows that the creepage extender installed on a support-insulator can increase the creepage up to 16%~32% and the flash voltage up to 15%~33%,which have remarkably the function of resisting flash and anti-griminess.
