| 摘 要： | 提出了城市集中供热实施“计量收费”、“分户控制采暖系统”势在必行的问题。并提供了我国实施计量收费集中供热时的几项设计方案及应具备的前提条件等,详细客观的分析了几项设计方案的可行性。提出为方便于分户控制采暖系统的设计应用,尽快适应供热商品化的发展,以实现城市供热最佳效果。

| Abstract: | Carrying out "measurement charge system" and "individual household controlling heating system" is imperative in urban heating system. In this article several design plans and necessary antecedent conditions are provide for the implement of measurement charge. In this process the feasibility of the design plans are analyzed to bring convenience for the design and application of individual household controlling heating system and to adapt the commercial heating development. |
