火焰原子吸收光谱法测定石英砂中的铁含量的测量不确定度评定

摘    要:以火焰原子吸收光谱法测定石英砂中的铁含量为例,根据《测量不确定度评定与表示指南》,对测量结果进行不确定度评定.本次测量不确定度的主要来源为待测溶液中铁浓度p产生的标准不确定度.通过分析计算,求得标准不确定度为0.475 μg/mL,扩展不确定度为0.95 μg/mL.

Uncertainty Evaluation on Measurement Results for the Determination of iron in Quartz Sand by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

Abstract:Based on 〈 The Guidebook of Uncertainty Evaluation and Denotation of the Measurement Results 〉, the meas- urement data of iron in quartz sand by flame atomic absorption spectrometry were collected and the measurement uncertainty was evaluated. The results show that the main sources of the uncertainty consist of uncertainty which come from calibration solution of iron, fitting of the calibration curves and reproducibility of the measurements, Uncertainty of measurement was analyzed and calculated and the standard uncertainty of 0.475 μg/mL and the expanded uncertainty of 0.95 μg/mL were obtained.
