摘    要:储液池密闭放置数月的废水基切削液CODCr为35980mg/L; NH3-N为918mg/L.废切削乳化液成分复杂,现有酸化处理工艺加药量大、泥渣量大、pH值低于2,设备较易被腐蚀.采用高效破乳剂改进了现有工艺,原液投加4g/L高效破乳剂N,加入20mg/LPAM,静置3h以内,除去上层泥渣,下层清液CODCr为4997mg/L,CODCr去除率86.1%,NH3-N去除率32.5%.本工艺加药量小、药剂费用低;在弱酸性条件下破乳;泥渣量小且易于重力分离.

Abstract:The waste water - based emulsion has been deposited at detached sewage pool for several months, it' s content of CODcr and NH3 - N was respectively 35 980mg/L and 918 mg/L. This waste liquor has complicated components. Acidification process is being used in the machining manufactory to dispose this waste emulsion. Reagent - addition and sludge output is large; pH is below 2.0 so the equipment inclined to be eroded. High efficient demulsifier has been used to im- prove existing process. 4g/L high efficient demulsifier- N and 20mg/LPAM were mixed with waste emulsion, then the emulsion was left to stand within 3h; supernatant mud residue had been removed, the content of CODcr in lower liquid was 4997mg/L, removal of CODcr and NH3 -N respectively reached 86.1% and 32.5%. Dosage, dosage cost and volume of sewage sludge has been sharply reduced in this improved process. Sewage sludge and liquid of treated emulsion can be separated by gravitational separation. Moreover, the new process runs in weakly acidic condition so that corrosion to equip can be reduced.
