GIS在工程项目管理中的应用

目前的工程建设领域涉及的项目越来越复杂,地域分布也越来越广。地理信息系统(GeographicInformationSystem,GIS)作为数据存储和可视化显示、空间查询的工具已经应用在工程项目管理中,地理信息系统的可视化科学、直观、有效地表示地理对象的空间分布,提供了一种更加灵活、方便的手段。介绍了基于GIS可视化和空间查询功能在复杂化的工程项目管理中的作用,以及针对工程过程中的沟通手段不成熟问题,建议充分利用Web的优势来实现工程管理网络化。力求使现代工程项目管理理论在实际工程实施过程中充分发挥其效用。但是,目前还没有成熟的综合性软体来指导整个工程生命周期的管理。

Application of GIS in the Construction Project Management

At present, the projects in construction field are getting more and more complex, and widely dispersed. Geographic Information System(GIS) as a tool of data storage, visibility display and spatial query has been used in the construction project management. The visibility of GIS shows the spatial distribution of geographic object scientifically and effectively, and it also provides a more skillful and convenient method. It introduces the contribution to the construction project management which is getting more complicated based on the visibility and spatial query of GIS, and proposes taking advantage of Web to realize the project management on WWW, when coming up against the immature of communication during projects. It is necessary to exert the theory of modern construction project management in the practical process. But now, there is no fledged and all-round software to conduct the whole life of project management.
